Requests may still be processed without payment, and an invoice will be issued; however, these requests are handled after priority clients. If additional documents are needed at any stage, your request will pause until those items are received. Once received, your request will re-enter the queue and be processed in turn.Please note that services are handled in a round-robin workflow. As a result, if additional documents are required, there may be a delay before your request is revisited. Clients should not expect an immediate response after submitting additional documentation.
