Note: If you would like to schedule a virtual appointment, please note that our virtual appointments are on Tuesday and Thursdays, between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. You may request a preferred appointment time, and a confirmation email will be sent once your appointment is scheduled. If you do not receive a confirmation email, we will follow up with you to arrange a time that works best.

By scheduling a 15-minute virtual Zoom appointment, I acknowledge that this appointment is free of charge for quick administrative questions or vendor check-ins. SHALOM no longer offers phone appointments—all appointments not scheduled as "In-Office" will be conducted via Zoom. These free Zoom sessions are strictly limited to 15 minutes. If the nature of the meeting involves consultation, guidance, or professional advice, I understand that the appointment will be converted to a $31.25 consultation, and an invoice will be issued following the meeting. If I anticipate needing more than 15 minutes, I agree to book an In-Office Appointment and indicate in the meeting notes that I require a longer Zoom session. I understand that extended consultation meetings are paid appointments and must be scheduled on Fridays only. By proceeding, I confirm my understanding and agreement with this policy.*
